How to manage employee documents in odoo

Helps you to manage Employee Documents in odoo
App Features
  • Allows you to create document for employee
  • Attach employees document into employee screen
  • User can navigate to the document through employee screen also
  • If document’s expiry date is near, then system will send notification emails to specific employee

Configure: Before Days :

Suppose you configure 2 days here, and document’s expiry date is 29-6-2018

and 2 days before expiry date means 27-6-2018

So it will send notification emails on 27-6-2018 to particular employee whose document is expiring on 29-6-2018
